High-strength rockwool roof board
• Introduction
High-strength rockwool roof board is a product designed for most of the flat roofing system (especially for flexible waterproof roofing system) and all kinds of building structures which have high requirements of mechanical properties. This kind of rockwool board uses special formula and production technology, not only has the basic properties such as fire resistance, het insulation, sound absorption, noise reduction and so on, but also has good weather ability, compressive strength and anti-point load performance.
• Features and Application
① Good Mechanical Properties
High-strength rockwool roof panel board has good compressive strength and anti-point load to ensure the smooth of roofs and meet the requirements of carrying people and equipment when constructing.
② Fire Resistance
The melting point of high-strength rockwool roof board reaches 1000 degrees with good ability of shrinkage. It can effectively support building structures at the time of fire to achieve the fireproof function of 1—4 ours.
③ Thermal Insulation
Its content of slag ball is low and the fibers slender and flexible. So the board has low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation property.
④ Hydrophobic Property
High-strength rockwool board has excellent waterproof performance and its hydrophobic rate reaches more than 99%.
⑤ Anti-aging Performance
It has good performance of non-hygroscopicity, ageing resistance and long-term stability.
⑥Sound Insulation
In the roofing system, the density of high-strength rockwool board is higher, the ability of sound insulation is more excellent.
⑦ Non-corrosion Performance
The PH value of high-strength rockwool board is neutral or weak alkaline and it does not contain any
corrosive components which means it is non-corrosive to carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper and other materials or equipment.
⑧ Environmental Performance
The raw materials of rockwool board are natural rocks, do not contain any asbestons and it is harmless to human bodies. The harmful materials such as CFC and HCFC which is harmful to the environment never be used in the production process.
