Raw materials such as basalt, dolomite, coke and slag are added into the cupola furnace at the temperature of more than 1500 degrees. Minor amount of binder and oil are added, and the fibers run out of the pendulum machine, and then collected on a belt conveyor. The structure and density of the fibers are adjusted by the pleating machine. Then the fibers enter into the curing oven to be cured,

The cured fibers proceeds to the cutting saws and packing equipment or the fibers are led to off-line equipment for special process.

The off-gases from the production-furnace, spinning chamber, curing oven are cleaned in filters before they enter the chimney, The waster inevitably created during the production is recycled.
